WORKPLACE Quality specializes in conducting field studies in the field of Ergonomics – Work Physiology and the improvement of the quality of life of employees.
Our goal is to improve the health and quality of life of employees, focusing on both their physical condition and their overall well-being. Through our program, we evaluate the health of each employee individually and intervene in a targeted manner to improve specific indicators of physical fitness and health. At the same time, we are making organizational changes that improve ergonomics and the safety of the working environment, thus ensuring better working conditions for all.
At Workplace, we apply an innovative model for the analysis of Ergonomics, Health and Quality of Life of employees, based on a methodology of measurement and multi-level observation. Through this process, we assess both the individual well-being of each employee and the overall dynamics of the team, enhancing positive interactions in the workplace. This approach contributes substantially to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), as it promotes a healthy and sustainable working environment, enhancing employee productivity, satisfaction and engagement, while at the same time aligning with the values of social responsibility and corporate sustainability.

*Scientific Support Body
WorkPlace Quality collaborates with the Laboratory of Biomechanics and Ergonomics @ErgoMechLab, of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science of the University of Thessaly, which supports our similar educational and research projects. The Laboratory of Biomechanics and Ergonomics – @ErgoMechLab, has a rich research work in the field of Ergonomics – Occupational Health and Safety. At the same time, it is the advisory unit assisting the legislative work on Ergonomics and Physiology of Labor, of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. In addition, it manages the only Master’s Degree Program (MSc) in Greece, in the corresponding field, entitled “Ergonomics-Occupational Physiology and Occupational Health – Quality of Life”
Their combined knowledge and experience provides a strong scientific basis for the development and implementation of integrated ergonomic studies, adapted to the needs of the workplace, with the aim of improving working conditions, health and productivity of employees

Holder of a Master’s degree with honors, MSc “ERGONOMICS-OCCUPATIONAL PHYSIOLOGY AND HEALTH-QUALITY OF LIFE”, DPESS, University of Thessaly, School of Physical Education, Sports and Dietetics Sciences. Physiotherapist specializing in Manual Therapy, certified by the Association of Physiotherapists and Hand Therapists of Greece. He has completed further training in Patient Rehabilitation after Cardiac Surgery (NKUA), while he has certifications in the use of Dry Needling, Dynamic Tape, Pain Management, robotic rehabilitation machines and isokinetic evaluation. He is scientifically active as a collaborator of LANECASM (University of West Attica) and the Laboratory of Biomechanics & Ergonomics (University of Thessaly), participating in research programs for the rehabilitation of neurological patients. He holds the position of Director of Rehabilitation Departments and Scientific Director of the Rehabilitation Academy of THESEUS University, while supervising the internship of physiotherapy students. He has served as President and Vice President of the Scientific Department of Sports Physiotherapy of the PSF and is currently Vice President of the Department of Ergonomics and Occupational Health. He is a regular member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists and the Association of Physiotherapists and Hand Therapists of Greece, while he has participated as a speaker in numerous scientific conferences and seminars.
Dr Panagiotis V. Tsaklis | Scientific consultant for research and education
Dr. Panagiotis V. Tsaklis, is a full Professor of Biomechanics and Ergonomics, at the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science, University of Thessaly. He holds the position of Senior Researcher, Department of Molecular Medicine and Surgery, Karolinska Institute, Sweden and has served as Senior Scientist Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) MA, USA.
