We apply a model of analysis of Ergonomics, Health – Physiology and the quality of life of employees, which is based on a methodology of measurement and observation of multiple stages and thus we are led to a final assessment of the health and quality of life of each employee at an individual level, the work group as a whole and the interactions between them (between-within).
- The aim is to prevent stress (musculoskeletal and organic) and to improve the physical condition and health indicators of each employee individually and the consequent improvement of their quality of life.
- The application results in an individualized intervention in the health and physical condition data concerning the employee and organizational interventions in the data concerning ergonomics and work safety in the specific area.
- At the same time, a dynamic file (repository) is created for the recording of future changes in the indicators and the general monitoring of the health of each employee and the whole.
Our methodology includes
Stage 1: Workplace visits and field measurements/analyses:
- Ergonomic analysis of the space, type and way of working of each employee, with observation of physical and environmental risk factors
- Individual assessment of each employee, in indicators of health, biomechanical parameters, anthropometry, physical condition, fatigue, cognitive ability, motor control and quality of life*
Stage 2: Data analysis – results – deliverables (personal report to each employee and group report to the company)
*(details on the methodology for the collection of the above data, provided with the expression of interest)
**All tests are painless and do not cause any fatigue to the employee, who will be able to return to work immediately afterwards.
