What is a field study?
A field study is a process in which scientific measurements and observations are made in the actual workplace. Its purpose is to analyze and evaluate the conditions that affect the health, well-being and efficiency of employees. This study includes the measurement of ergonomic parameters, physical and psychosocial indicators, as well as the observation of working environment conditions, in order to identify problems or hazards and propose improvements to prevent injuries or other health problems.
